SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL STUDIES FOR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE OF THE BLUE COMMANDER VESSEL.

CONTEXT OF THE PROJECT

Develop the technical studies for complying with the current regulation of PEMEX required for the operation of the BLUE COMMANDER VESSEL which is a double hull tank designed to receive, store and transport hydrocarbon fluids. This vessel has a capacity of more than 200,000 BLS, for the storage and transportation of hydrocarbons.  It has an area that contains six pairs of loading tanks, 2 slops tanks and 1 residual tank.

OBJECTIVE

To comply with the regulatory requirements of the safe operation of the Ocean Star vessel the following studies must be done:

  • Risk Analysis (RA).
  • Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
